Travis was wonderful to deal with. I phoned him in a panic that our new door was being put in and our contractor said the latch wasn't there! We never did find it, but got that sorted in the moment. Travis said bring in the handle and I'll help ya out with a latch. I brought it in the next day and he searched high and low to find me the right piece and made sure I knew how to install it. Thanks so much for great service!

The technician, Dylan Gompf was very efficient, friendly & answered all our questions. The one door handle was difficult to remove but Dylan found a way to get it out. Good work. Thanks.

Called Sargent Lock in the morning to explain we had a breach at the back outside door in the morning at our business. Travis provided me with the best solution for our door. He sent someone over to fix the door. Our staff felt safer right away. Excellent advice and service, highly recommend!
